iBomma.fit respects intellectual property rights. We are an editorial publication: we do not host, stream or link to copyrighted films. We do publish posters and stills as part of reviews and reporting, which we believe constitutes fair dealing / fair use for criticism and commentary.
If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent and believe material on this site infringes your rights, we will act on a valid notice promptly.
Filing a notice
Send your notice to contact@ibomma.fit with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. To be actionable, it must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this site where the material appears, specific enough for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
We review every valid notice and, where the claim is well-founded, remove or disable the material. We aim to respond within 72 hours of receiving a complete notice.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact@ibomma.fit including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
Contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright will have their access to the publication terminated.
Bad-faith claims
Please note that under applicable law you may be liable for damages if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing.
